HTV Support

Write to htv@asamy.net and a person at Selny LTD will answer. It helps to say which device you use (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV or Android), the app version from Settings, and what you saw.

Before you write

HTV shows no channels or films

HTV is a player. It does not include any channels, films, series or playlists. Sign in with the Xtream Codes server, username and password your provider gave you; we cannot supply these, and we cannot help with a provider's subscription.

Something new on my provider is missing

Choose Refresh library (in the menu on a TV, or in Account on a phone). HTV downloads the playlist again in the background while you keep watching.

Signing in on a TV

The TV shows a QR code and a short code. Open HTV on your phone, go to Account, then Add a device, and scan the code or type it in. An account is optional; without one, everything stays on the device.
