Terms of Use

HTV is a player. It carries no channels, films or series of its own, and it is not a subscription to any. It is made by Selny LTD ("we").

What You Bring

You sign in with a playlist from a provider you already pay. We do not supply, sell, endorse or verify any provider, and we have no way of knowing whether a particular provider has the rights to what it carries. That is between you and them. You are responsible for making sure your use of a provider is lawful where you live.

What The Account Is For

An account exists so your playlists, your progress, your list and what you like follow you between your own devices. It is not required — the app works without one, and everything stays on the device.

Your Account

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us if you think someone else has it. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, and it takes your synced data with it.

What We Do Not Promise

Playback depends on your provider and your connection, and neither is ours. The app is offered as it is, without a promise that any particular stream will play or that the service will never be interrupted.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, you will be asked to accept the new ones.
